The Emilsons are longtime supporters of the South Shore YMCA’s mission to strengthen our communities through programs and services that help build a healthy spirit, mind and body for all. In recognition of the Emilson family’s commitment to ensuring that each child, family and individual has the opportunity to learn, grow and thrive we are proud to dedicate the Emilson YMCA and Laura’s Center for the Arts in their honor. After researching carefully, Herb Emilson visited Piano Mill and chose just the right instrument for the new center. Piano Mill owner Rob Norris has partnered with the YMCA to sponsor youth based music programs and provide discount and low cost pianos for deserving families.
