New, pre-owned or rebuilt?
In our experience, most piano buyers aren't dead-set on buying a new piano. Rather, they want to get the best piano they can for the money. Experienced players also know that, provided pianos are in good health, pre-owned pianos can sound as good or better than new.
We stand behind all the pianos we sell - new or pre-owned. And we'll put that into writing.
We also sell completely rebuilt pianos. These are pianos that have been brought back to prime condition, with new or refurbished internal parts, new strings, re-bronzed cast-iron plates, and a beautiful new finish. They look and sound new, and we warranty them for 10 years. Though they are usually less expensive than new pianos, rebuilt vintage pianos are sometimes actually preferred by experienced players for their playing performance.
And they look beautiful. These pianos - elegant reminders of days gone by - can be especially well suited to New England homes.
