Piano Mill, formerly Atlantic Piano Gallery and Norris Pianoworks, began 20 years ago as Rob Norris's home-based piano restoration business in Hanson, Massachusetts. Over the years, Rob and his colleagues earned a great reputation in the South Shore for good work, fair pricing, straight talk, and dedication to complete customer satisfaction.

In 2004, we acquired piano lines from and the name of Piano Mill, formerly of Newton, Massachusetts, at one time the biggest piano retailer in New England (they closed their doors in January 2004). Like many others, we respected Piano Mill's dedication to quality products, fair and transparent pricing, and their no-pressure, informative sales approach. We believe in the same business values, and we're proud to carry the Piano Mill name.
